I offer 60, 75, and 90-minute sessions depending on your needs. First-time clients often start with 75 minutes for a more thorough experience.

Q: What should I wear during my massage?
Whatever makes you comfortable. Most clients undress to their comfort level, and you’ll always be properly draped for privacy and warmth.

Q: Can massage really help with chronic pain?
Yes! Consistent therapeutic massage can significantly reduce pain, improve mobility, and help you rely less on medication.

Q: Do you take same-day appointments?
When available, yes! But I recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time.
